I am the FabGrandma. My husband and I work seasonal jobs with the National Park Service, and travel in the off season. This is my story of living a gluten free life in an RV.
The other day we walked over to the edge of the canyon for a group photo. This is the crew I work with. I love them all. I really enjoy my job so far. Don't we all look good?
My husband and I sold our house and all our stuff in 2000, and hit the road in a travel trailer. We worked at campgrounds and resorts from Texas to Pennsylvania for the next 7 years. In 2008, we were hired by the National Park Service to work at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, our dream jobs! When we aren't working, we go sightseeing, look for farm markets and and interesting scenery, and get to know the area we are in. My hobbies are quilting, sewing, making jewelry, and cooking. I discovered I am gluten intolerant in April of 2007, so any recipes I have posted since then are gluten free.
